Is there a subscription or a free trial that ends?
No. There are no plans to pick and no trial. Everything people need to trade — posting, photos, proposals, Trade Chat and the AI assistant — is free and stays free.
What does a bump do?
For 7 days your listing sorts ahead of unbumped listings wherever it already matches someone’s search: same zip radius, category and filters. It doesn’t reach people outside your area, and it never changes points, reviews or trust signals.
How do I bump a listing?
Open your listing and choose Bump this listing — $2.99 for 7 days. Only the owner can bump, and only active listings.
What if I bump a listing that’s already bumped?
It extends: 7 days are added to the current end date, so you never lose time you paid for.
What are bump packs?
Prepaid bumps at a lower price per bump (5 for $12.99, 10 for $22.99). Each pack adds bump credits to your account; on a listing’s bump page choose Use 1 bump credit and nothing more is charged. One payment for several bumps also keeps card fees from eating a big slice of a small charge.
Does Trocaroo handle payment for the things I sell?
No. Buyers pay sellers in person at the meetup. Trocaroo never holds money, pays out sellers or handles shipping — bumps and bump packs are the only things we charge for.
How do I know which listings are paid placements?
Bumped listings carry a “Bumped” tag and appear in a row labeled as paid placement. We don’t call them “recommended”.
Can I buy points?
No. Credit points are earned only by completing trades. They can’t be bought, sold or cashed out.
